We started in 2008 with one straightforward goal: do roofing work in Monmouth County that we'd be comfortable putting our name on. That hasn't changed.

Over 17 years, we've worked on every type of residential roof in this area — Victorian-era homes in Ocean Grove, newer colonials in Marlboro and Morganville, shore-adjacent properties in Wall Township and Neptune. The county has a wide range of housing stock and a wide range of roofing challenges. We've seen most of them.

We're based in Farmingdale, NJ, which puts us within easy reach of the full Monmouth County service area. Most of our customers come from referrals and repeat work — people who had a good experience and called us back when they needed something done again, or sent a neighbor our way.

GAF Master Elite® certification

GAF Master Elite® is the top tier of GAF's contractor certification program. Fewer than 3% of roofing contractors in the United States qualify.

The certification requires passing background and financial stability checks, maintaining proper licensing and insurance, and meeting ongoing quality standards. GAF re-evaluates contractors regularly. It's not a one-time credential.

For homeowners, the main practical benefit is the warranty. Only GAF Master Elite® contractors can issue the GAF Golden Pledge® Limited Warranty, which covers both materials and labor for up to 25 years. A standard GAF warranty from a non-certified contractor covers materials only.

How we work

Every job starts with a free inspection. We get on the roof, look at the actual condition, and give you a straight read on what's going on. If it needs a repair, we say repair. If a replacement makes more sense financially, we say that too.

You get a written, line-item estimate before anything starts. We don't adjust the number after the fact unless we find something genuinely unexpected during tear-off, and if that happens, we call you before we proceed.

We also handle the cleanup. Every job ends with a magnetic sweep for nails, debris hauled off-site, and a walkthrough. We've been doing this long enough to know that how you leave the property matters as much as the work itself.
